1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Director's Cut Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). Your access to and use of our website and services indicates your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not access or use our website or services.
2. Enrollment and Payment
To enroll in any course or workshop offered by Director's Cut Academy, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees as outlined on our website. Payment can be made through various methods, including credit card, debit card, and other electronic payment options. All fees are payable in United States dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to change course fees and schedules at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect students who have already enrolled and paid for a course.
Late payments may result in the cancellation of your enrollment. We also reserve the right to withhold course materials or certificates until all outstanding fees are paid.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- If you cancel your enrollment more than 30 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee.
- If you cancel your enrollment between 15 and 30 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date.
- In the event that Director's Cut Academy cancels a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to another available course.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Director's Cut Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
Course materials provided to students are for personal educational use only and may not be shared, distributed, or sold to third parties. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
5. Student Conduct
Director's Cut Academy is committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment for all students. We expect all students to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner, both on and off campus.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind.
- Theft or damage to Academy property.
- Violation of copyright or intellectual property laws.
- Disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning environment.
- Use of illegal drugs or alcohol on Academy premises.
Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the Academy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Director's Cut Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you to Director's Cut Academy for the specific course or service in question.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Director's Cut Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
